SDEM TEGA considers quality essential in order to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure business success in any sector that may require services related to its activity.
For this reason, the company has an implemented and certified Quality Management System (since 2004, issued by the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid), based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 rule.
Since the publication, at the end of 2008, of the new version of the rule UNE EN-ISO 9001:2008 (that substitutes the previous edition of 2000), SDEM TEGA is in the middle of the process to analyze and adapt to the new frame.
During our 2009 audit, and throughout the whole year, we will check the full application of the new rule, to be able to migrate the current certificate before it expires in November 17th, 2011.
